Rebekah shrugged. "Well firstly you saved me, so thank you. What magic I have is bonded to me, it sustains my life force, and the guy who took me wanted it but while he wouldn't have gotten any, him trying to force it away from me most likely would have killed me." Rebekah said quietly, as that realization washed over her. Mortality isn't something an Asgard of her age ever thinks about. Mortality isn't something most Asgardians of any age think about but if it hadn't been for Ryan, she most likely would have most likely died. She let out a few shaky breaths before she looked up at him and continued on. "Then you...you found a family that was in trouble and we were able to help them and I was able to vent. You saved me twice I guess." Rebekah exhaled, trying to come to terms with that.
