You are correct, I used the Dragon Age: Inquisition character generator to create them.

I find most of the faces and hair to be fugly. I did mean to give Hawke and The Warden different scars and lipstick but forgot.

You are going to have to read as is, when I put more than one space between paragraphs the software reduces it back to one.
