but I think from what it means is that Phoenix Wing isn't closed, but that the decision to allow another guild in the RP is closed. I'm sure we wouldn't mind another guild since the Ragged Brotherhood has been quite absent, but I don't know about a guild of just one person. But I'm sure we can talk about another guild in either the OOC or PM to see if there can be another guild for people to join.

I prefer the idea of having the first post being similar to how the first post was in the OOC so that we all have a link to our CS on the first post.
