Well what Kakashi means is that she's going to be able to laugh about performing it in almost any situation - running, jumping, having casual conversation as she performs it. It will need to have respectable power and control behind it, so by the beginning of day 4 if he asks her to use it, she'll be able to do so without even thinking about what it will take - her first 'signature move' should be something she can perform on the fly.
