Probably you. But France is one of the larger nations on the onset and is pretty thrown into a war they can't help but not loose. Or at least win and still have to punch out the rest after a few years. And their inheritance of half of Burgundy only makes France easier.

Their only issue is the HRE which is easy enough to reconcile if you sit on your ass and wait for a tiny, powerless elector to become Emperor. Then you can rip them up for as much as you want, as long as you don't attack the elector directly.
