You don't have to be a villian. We could be rivals in-costume and classmates who have no idea that their best friend is their arch nemesis, if you want to make a character who would be able to blend in like that. The character I'm thinking of would be around 17, maybe a junior or senior in highschool (who destroys parts of the city in her spare time :p ). If not, we can still be rivals who happen to have something linking them--maybe your character suspects mine of a nefarious plot that you feel you have to stop, etc.

Since our first volley of posts is going to be our in-universe debut though, maybe our characters got their powers in the same incident and went in different directions morally.
