@Vita Hmm... Perhaps the wording does suggest that. Ok, so, the poison does take a long time before it actually causes death. Otherwise it will just cause the victim to cough up some unknown purple liquid and parts of their skin will turn purple. Also, seeing as an antidote actually exists for the poison, it is possible for the victim to find treatment and even a cure. It's just that it's not possible to already have one in hand when one comes into contact with the poison. Admittedly it is hard to avoid the poison, but it is easy to block the poison if you had something to simply block skin contact. Also, who knows, maybe some people's immune systems can actually fight off the effects of the poison and be immune to that variation only. Perhaps I should edit his bankai to incorporate this new info.
