Okay so...ummm...

*thinks* You're saying that in a week they'd meet up to give ideas or meet to hand in say the final pieces for their newsletter? So either I'm assuming it'll be published in either one week or two. I have been listening to the audio book before bed and I know we'll be diverting from that timeline since people were only given a day to put a name in, as opposed to say a week or so. I forget what the film did but I just wanna make sure we're on the same page as far as what gets done when for them.
