Glad there are new updates on this, its been a while since I been here and glad to see some nice changes here but...

I have some questions... I hope you can answer them or something....

When I try to post in casual check interest for a new topic it doesn't happen. I know it reads that there is no new topic button but how are people are still making topics though? I am unsure about this and may feel like I did something wrong. Can anyone help me with that?
