Ok so the blades are really powerful. They often patrol in groups. Even an even manned match against them would probably end up bad for the outcasts. They're like Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D or DC's A.R.G.U.S. Except they're complete dicks... They have the most advanced technology out there. They have devices that can counter certain powers and stuff. The elites will often carry around bulletless guns like laser weapons and stuff so telekinetics can't stop their bullets
