Agh, I know, but the more I think about it, the more perfectly he fits. He could stand to be nerfed a good deal (multiverse shenanigans, combined with Mending nerfs), but the main issue in working him in resides in that mind raping/controlling people is sort of his go-to power. His signature ability is emptying your mind by touching you, which, well, speaks for itself.
