It's not that I don't think your idea is a good one is that I don't think I'll be able to handle every character including mine that's 7 people I need to control if someone was willing to take some of the load of my shoulders then I wouldn't hesitate for everyone to go into their characters specialties but if nobody offers in going to just give everyone their training with a single instructor at a time
