Batwoman's story is gonna be about building/repairing relationships. At the start she won't know anyone's secret identity, and she probably never teamed up with any of them (Ruby and I are brainstorming about a friendship between Batwoman and Batgirl, so that might be an exception). Its very possible she's met other characters in their civilian identities tho, since the Kane family and the Wayne family tend to run in the same social circles; and Kate is much more sociable than Batwoman.
