If you look up at the task bar above where you write your text, there are a few buttons you can push. 'B' 'I' 'H' a link thingy and a picture thingy. Click on the picture thingy, and it will ask for the image/gif url. Paste the url and hit okay, and the thing generates the code for you ready to post.
