_Deep within Tugley Woods, Kriwich Day in the Time of the Red Queen, Underland._ The sounds of the woods were drowned out by the sounds of the party in progress, yet another in a long line of infinitely spanning parties. This one was special, however, this particular party held a greater meaning for those in attendance. As the citizens of Underland gathered at the exceptionally long table conversing all were anxiously waiting for the one who called them all here to explain why. At the head of the table staring blankly at all in attendance, the Hatter sat twiddling a tea cup around in his hands. It had been quite some time since he had actually sat and fulfilled his obligation to Time but the situation at hand had forced him back to his table among the Woods. As he looked around the table at the chaos that was at hand, he knew that what he was going to ask would mean that some if not all wouldn’t come back to sit at this table but, this was the nature that had been forced upon them. At the end of the table, it was the Cheshire Cat that brought his mind back to the things at hand. _”So, Tarrant. Why have you brought us all here? It’s not like you to have so many at your little events.”_ With a sudden jerk back to consciousness the Hatter’s eyes lit up with the usual light and life that everyone in attendance was used to seeing. **”I’ve been considering things that begin with the letter M…malignance, malice, mutiny….murder. It is time that we bring about the Frabjous Day.”** The noise slowly died down, only the birds could be heard singing their songs. The mere mention of that fated day instantly informed everyone what was on the Hatters mind. While most looked at each other in confusion, the Cheshire Cat maintained his usual demeanor casually stirring his tea. _”B..But the Red Queen has the Vorpal Sword…and there is still the matte of Alice…”_, McTwisp chimed in. As the others, save the Cat, began mumbling their agreements Tarrant stood up and began slowly pacing around the table his mood and demeanor drastically changed. The kind and gentle soul had been replaced with the Hatter that had become the more seen. Eyes changed from their normal vibrant green to a darker blood like color, the warm and inviting grin slowly disappeared and was replaced with a furious scowl. **”We cannot wait any longer for Alice, the Red Queen has already began her march through Underland and we must not let her take any more of us!”** _”Just because your clan was wiped out doesn’t mean that the rest of us must willing walk into certain death to have your revenge.”_ The Cheshire Cat’s comments stopped the Hatter in his tracks. The mention of is clan’s demise brought back painful memories of the great fire that consumed his village, the powerful magic that he saw with terrible destructive force, and the Cat had the nerve to toss it around like it was nothing? In a flash he grabbed a long butchers knife then lurched towards the Cat grabbing him by the nape of his neck, the tip of his blade pointed at his throat. As he spoke the Hatters voice became thick with a Scottish accent. **”YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BRING UP THE DECIMATION OF MY CLAN YOU PUTRID, FOUL SORRY EXCUSE OF A….!!”** _”HATTER!!”_ Muliumpkin’s cry reached the Hatter’s ears giving the Cat just long enough to evaporate away. Turning back to those he called friends and realized that without Alice to guide them…they were cowards. This was something that he was going to have to do on his own. Turning quickly on a dime he turned away from the group and stormed off further into the Woods Once again Muli called out to him, _”Where are you going Hatter?_ **”To do what you cowards can’t. I’m going to kill the Red Queen!”**
