Michael Moorcock would be rolling over in his grave to hear that and it sounds like some Third Edition nonsense to me.

"Neutral I don't give a damn" is neutral evil.  Stepping over a dying man and refusing aid isn't neutral.  It's evil.  The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
