I'm up for it. For elites to be friendly, it would have to take place after the great schism or a covenant ship gets to the planet but gets infested with flood when it lands and the sangheili finds working with the humans nessecary for survival, or maybe just be war prisoners that managed to get out. If that is the case, I would like to be a sangheili. Sorry for this random intrusion. I'm perfectly fine being a human though.
