Lauralye smiled at him, "I can hardly see you under it all," She laughed a little, "Come, you must get some rest. You look like you haven't slept in days."

She stood and placed the rag on the side of the bucket, "You can have a proper bath when you wake."

She helped him to his feet and supported his weight as best she could as she walked with him to the bed. She laid him down and tucked him in. She leaned down and kissed his forehead, "I will join in one moment. You had best be asleep before I'm back," She smiled at him before slipping away to get dressed for bed.
