Backstory:
Yai Drakus was born at the start of the war, and grew into the Jedi Order as a Guardian in training. He desired to see the galaxy wiped free of the evils caused by the Empire, who had razed worlds and enslaved populations. He had no personal stake in it, his family were military - all he saw was a duty to defend the galaxy. A skilled duelist, he became a Jedi Knight aged eighteen. By no means was he the vision of a perfect Jedi, but he was dedicated... Yai fought for years, saw people die, lost battles, won battles, saved lives. He never wavered for a moment, as he felt guided by the Force, right up until the final campaign of the war...


He personally slew the Emperor after boarding his flagship as part of a strike team, of which Yai was the only survivor. After the lengthy battle was over, he ordered all the Empire's ships in the battle space to disengage and withdraw, making it known that he destroyed their beloved Emperor. Going above the call of duty earned him the rank of a Jedi Master, but not a seat on the council - too inexperienced, and of course, he was under the impression they were like politicians - useless. Yai Drakus prefers action over any other option.
