Some of it is only basic "time fuckery" and only grants her pretty small boosts. Plus, she only uses old-fashioned guns that fire old-fashioned bullets to injure things, not exactly laser beams that disintegrate targets on impact. 

Buuuut let's see how Vita sees it.
