Any of the four concepts you have are fine by me, I can't comment much on them currently due to lack of information from a lore standpoint.

Resource-wise for the corporation concept, I suspect a biological resource of sorts would be what the monopoly is on.

Lore-wise you probably should check up on when I flesh out the founding species to see if you think of any organization concepts that make use of them.  Currently two players in the nation section's interest check are thinking of making a peacekeeping organization.
