There doesn't seem to be too many masterminds here at all. Cinder seems to be the most manipulative, Ridley is the arrogant leader type (though its recurring attribute is intelligence) and Eternal seems pretty savvy too about stuff. 

Blackout doesn't seem like the genius of the group, Charlotte is dumb in her witch state and Hisoka is a sexual deviant (but he's very smart too). 

We need more villains period. o;
