Crowds were a relatively new thing for Asa, and so, no matter how close to Pim he had stuck, he still managed to get swept to the other end of the room. Asa missed most of the speech, he was to busy trying not to panic. The walls felt like they were closing in, the people around him seemed to be pressing closer; he could feel that trapped feeling again. Asa’s ears started to twitch, and his tail was flicking side-to-side, faster and faster. He had to get out of there; he was starting to claw at his neck again, trying to remove something that was no longer there. Properly panicking now, Asa’s tail was whipping back and forth, smashing against anything it hit, and his ears were going spastic. Ducking and weaving towards the back of the hall, Asa started running on animal instinct. Most Faunus can keep the humanoid side of them in control, but for Asa his animal side was often stronger, forcing all conscious thought away, and using a more basic frame of mind. _Trapped, trapped, out, get out, get out, run, flee!_ He squashed this instinct and looked around. The crowd had gotten thinner, it was moving, heading out of the hall. Gasping with relief, and slowing his thrashing tail and ears, Asa edged out the door. Realizing he had no idea what the teachers had said, he followed a human boy to a room full of lockers, where he, (the human boy), picked an empty one and started putting his stuff away. Asa, snagged one of the empty lockers next to the boy, but found he had nothing to put away. He had nothing except his clothes, and Tears of Blood sitting in its dormant form on his hands, and there was no way he was ditching either of those. Not even when the boy next to him put his weapon in the locker. There was no way, no way, Asa was letting go of Tears of Blood. Ever.
