I like her and officially name her Inori. Just a few small questions; is Jun a SeeD, Garden student/graduate or..? The party has moved on to Timber now, so it's best if she's the former or latter; it might be hard to thread a normal student in at this point. Tirawa's element would be fire too, but there's nothing wrong with putting in some description about her in the CS if you want.

Also, might be worth moving Jericho and Gracelyn on soon Zarkun, to keep a bit of movement going for you.
