I changed it to "Difficult to track time in hell", if that's okay. While I didn't mean that some areas are affected by time magic or anything, I'd imagine some parts of Hell have constant night or constant day, so there isn't a "Day/night" cycle that isn't being measured by someone actually keeping count of time, or other abnormal factors.
