Cirno is a silly, childish ice fairy from Touhou Project, a series of shmup games involving little girls firing ridiculous amounts of magical bullets at each other.  She believes that she is the strongest, and whilst it's true she's the strongest _fairy_, well...

Let's just say the setting is kind of ridiculously broken and leave it at that. ^^;  But the joke is that she is the strongest.
