# Sandra Wong A.K.A. Spark ![enter image description here](http://s42.radikal.ru/i096/1007/d5/845371a7316e.jpg "enter image title here") **Age:** 18 **Gender:** Female **Personality:** She says what she wants to whomever she wants and doesn't give a damn about it. Her life has made her into a rude and selfish person who isn't afraid of getting her hands dirty to get what she wants. Spark is vulgar, mean, and most of all she likes it that way. Her one goal in life is to survive. **Ability:** Electric Manipulation. Aside from the obvious use of creating static discharges to shoot her enemies, she can also use pulses of electricity to stimulate her muscle movements which give her the attributes of a career athlete and enhanced stamina. **Bio:** Although she made her official debut in the NYPD arrest records at the age of 14 she had been pulling tricks since she was old enough to get away with it. Her father was a second rate pick-pocket who died trying to steal from a drug dealer and her mother was a strung out prostitute who eventually gave up trying to raise her daughter at the age of twelve. Spark was given to a local bar owner who used her as a sex slave giving service to select customers in the VIP section behind the normal bar. Finally fed up with her life she killed the bar owner two years later, hence her debut with the NYPD. Luckily Spark claimed self-defense and the police were inclined to believe her. This was the start of what turned Spark into a real criminal. For four years she robbed, extorted, and occasionally killed in order for her to survive. She ended up living in China Town and got recruited by the Chinese Triad, she worked for them in exchange for protection and a place to live. The work was hard and dangerous but she always pulled through. It finally caught up with her when she killed a man who had been a confidential informant for the NYPD. After dancing around the subject in the interrogation room with the investigating detective for days they finally pinned her at the scene when they found the gun she used to kill the man and matched it to the bullet she had left in his skull. Spark was looking at a death sentence but then something happened, she was offered a deal. All she had to do was sign her life away and she could keep living a little longer. Not a bad deal really, so she took it.
