Appearance: Black hair, he wears aviators over his blue eyes his color is kind of pale because he always wears a dark grey tee shirt and a leather jacket over top of the shirt and his jeans are plain old jeans that you can tell are old, he also has black sneakers He is 5'5, he isnt the strongest but also isnt the weakest 

Personality: Alex is a friendly person he is not the most positive person in the world but thats because his parents moved a lot and at times he just got good friends and built the friendships he has lived in France for most of his life. He isnt the go to randomly go up to someone he doesnt know at first due to him being a little shy from moving around a lot and getting bullied in some places

Biography: Alex has lived in France since he was a baby and doesnt remember much from France at that time. His family moved to America once he turned 6 and lived for two years during his time their. His school was fairly good in America he had some friends and hung out with them after school atleast 3 times a week. His parents moved to Canada when he was 8 and they didnt stay for long because it wasnt the place for them. They then moved back to France where he has lived since and when he started school again he was bullied. He was bullied at first but took control of the situation and dealt with the bully. He likes to build computers, He found a computer in his garage and it was missing a lot of parts so he saved up allowance to buy them and fix it and make it his school/gaming computer. By the age of 11 the computer was fixed and worked very well with good parts in it. And he has loved building them since he learned about them at the age of 9. His parents didn't do much with him he was always in his room doing computer stuff and upgrading it while listening to either audio books or music. He doesn't like reading hence the audio books. He spent his allowance on school stuff along with computer parts and some snacks and candy. He mostly speaks in English when around other people that dont know french which is fairly often but he speaks in french to himself or to his cat.  

Other: I don't know what to post about your rule 9 thing but it is my favorite rule.
