One of the nurses looked at Desmond and stood up and walked to the boy and away from the body. "Please go back inside Desmond. You don't need to see this at all." The male nurse said softly as he guided the boy inside, away from the lifeless body of the nurse. 

Luna heard Desmond outside "Oh no....." She walked to the door and put her ear to it as she tuned her hearing so she could hear what people were saying.
