Luna could hear someone coming up the stairs which made her fall back on her bottom. She couldn't tell anyone that she was there before everyone at all. 

The paramedics walked towards the body which made the doctors and nurses move back. The cops and investigators came asking the paramedics to get it later while they check out the body.
