The tags aren't working because BBCode hasn't been implemented yet. They claim it will be done soon; until then, we wait and endure Markdown's shenanigans. 

As for the CS, looks fine to me. Did you intend to bring him in in Zerul City (where some characters are already waiting)?

Oh, hey, someone found a way how to make single line breaks with this silly thing until we get a more functional editor:
