Are you sure you want him on the UMMA? There may be people who would realize what he is(there's no way the UMMA is unaware of Chaos) and there's people from his setting present. Lying can only go so far, so I'm making sure.

However, I will have to point out I don't quite understand Sam's presence. Given there's no Armstrong, presumably Sam would still be travelling the world and taking down drug cartels and stuff.
