Working on my SPARTAN submission right now but am probably missing a few details within the history, mostly time line related.
Were SPARTANS chosen for the HEADHUNTER company decommissioned, or was that unknown?
Also I noticed that many of the SPARTANS in the SPARTAN-III program had ranks like 'Petty Officer Third Class'; was that a ranking system specific to the SPARTAN III program?
