"_Princess_?" Ice hisses and ice spikes immediately form on her. Ice takes a deep breath and tries to calm down. "I'm sorry. I'm just a bit on edge right now," she says to Melanie. The ice spikes melt off of her and fall in little water droplets down to the ground. 

Suddenly, Ice feels like someone is watching her. She scans the trees and shrubbery but does not see anyone. She blinks slowly and faces forward again.
