She hated to cut the conversation short with Regan, but she had no choice but to obey when Himeji blew her annoying whistle. Behind her, she could hear their P.E. teacher yelling at Red Shorts. It was a good thing she made herself useful earlier by setting up the volleyball equipment, or she might be in a similar situation with coach. Poor girl must be having a bad day already. 

A look of surprise crossed her face when Tohru got named team captain, but that was good though... That meant she would get to be with her friend once again. Himeji also selected the Yakuza girl, which also came as a surprise. She was tall, and busty... but didn't look too enthused to be leading her team or about sports in general. 

When she heard her name called by that familiar voice, she could have jumped for joy. Instead, she smiled at her friend and went to stand beside her silently.
