Actually, I don't know anything as to hint at what life might be like. Idk anything about the organization or anything at all. I can't make a good backstory if our characters weren't somewhere before, or if we have no idea about the conditions and everything where they were while in the organization. 

How old was he, how did he get along with his peers, what missions were assigned to him prior. How did he handle his powers. Create bits and pieces of SWH as you go along. This organization is gonna be formed as we go, so go wild. (But not too wild)
