If Groudon is too much of an issue, I suppose I can take it off and have her find a way to resurrect it later in the RP? (As in it is her Goal, plus it isn't that strong outside of heating up planets). 

Well as I said, Mean Look can impose a form of "barrier" for the adversaries that ca only be purged if Crobat is out one way or another. I mean since when did a look prevent anything from escaping period? xD 
The rest seems pretty obvious, crunch is biting, sucker punch is a really fast punch to the face (or claws), etc. It's fairly linear and stat gaining is not important right now as there isn't a move like that in her arsenal.
