Note, I voted twice, so please disregard one of the "I don't care" votes. I voted, then realised my reasoning behind saying "I don't care" was more in line with a Yes (The reasoning being that in a Sandbox RP with close to total freedom, my personal feelings towards magical space ponies are completely irrelevant on whether, under our own previously used rules and standarss, he should be allowed to apply with them. I'm not going to fiddle the standards just because of my personal opinions on magical space ponies)
