Everything still had depth, he was sure of that, but the problem was it was a different depth than what he was used to in addition to the new color muddying the waters. He placed his hand on the doorframe and reached out to the far wall, studying the length of his arm, before walking forward and touching the opposite wall. At least that was enough to start getting a feel for this new depth.
