Sure thing, possible wall of text incoming: There are a set of speaker-like sound emitters similar to that of a sound cannon built into the palms of his hands that can emit and extremely wide range of sound frequencies that range from too high for a person to hear, to about 154dB louder than the amount of sound that is hypothesized to be able to kill a human being (200dB). The sound he produces is not enough to be fatal itself rather the bulk of the damage would come from the intense pressure, vibrations, and force generated from the emitters. The sound waves he produces travel in a sort of conical pattern with most of the intensity being lost as the intended target is farther away or outside of the cones (in other words, if you're far away or even a few feet behind him you'll still hear the sound but you won't be damaged because you aren't being subjected to the other forces at work). His body itself has been built to withstand a good deal of the stress thanks to his father's augmentation during his surgery, swapping out the original aluminum prosthetics that his mother made with ones made from a titanium alloy. Most of the bones in his upper body and nearly all of his organs are now artificial, some of them implanted because his original ones were damaged, with others being implanted to avoid rupturing or breaking upon activation of the emitters, only his brain (which is protected by a plastic polymer dome) is still organic. Now for the issues with his body; because the weapons he was equipped with were experimental, he can't just go all out whenever he pleases as his body hasn't been specifically tailored for just that task, meaning his prosthetic arms can be damaged by sustained loud noise emissions (hence his field repair kit). tl;dr- He could theoretically shatter a sheet of tungsten carbide with a strong blast, and could walk away from a beat down from a guy like mammoth, however both situations would leave him in need of repair.
