Personality: Mischievous prankster who loves to make jokes, no matter how bad or sadistic they may be. Always has a grin on his face and talks in third person. Dramatizes every action, and loves to nose his way into the affairs of others. Very quick, agile, acrobatic, and silver tongued. Despite his rather casual demeanor, he has a strong determination to accomplish what he wants, and will be stopped by nothing to do so.

Biography: Born a servant to the Valmese empire, Cinna made a living entertaining the king of Valm with magic until the rise of the Naga Cultists, to which he was forced to flee after killing one of their members in a rather... gruesome manner. With the cultists hot on his heels, he ended up fleeing to Ylisse, keeping his little incident a secret from everyone. He spent his time as a street performer until the day he received word that Tiki had been locked away for opposing the Church of Naga. Vowing to rescue her (for reasons that won't be disclosed yet), he enlisted himself in the service of Ylisse, proving to be quite adept at a variety of magic, thus getting himself onto the field of battle rather quickly.
