Okay, so, I am interested, and if you are at all interested as well, there's a place where you can play YuGiOh online and build your own deck by looking up cards. All we would have to do is put a ban list in place and restrict it to cards you could realistically have. The cards don't even have to be strictly GX, though the setting could be.
