I was so far behind, I had no idea what planets people were on, or where the story had stopped.... No one wanted to play after that.

Yeah. When I first started with Lugia's RP (He was a moderator of it then, but had taken over by the time I joined), a bunch of people broke the fourth wall... but it actually kept the RP going. He would use his godly dimensional powers to revert back to the times before the fourth wall though. We all loved it... but it was handled, and the RP was nearing the end anyway. We eventually reset because everyone had level 120, 134 Pokemon and such. I was still level 7. :P
