Okay... So I'm gonna do my best here, but keep in mind as of the end of Naruto, there isn't really any exact age on Naruto or his family and stuff. But yes this is set after the end of the manga. 

I don't have proof of this, but I think Naruto had his kid around the time he was 20. Cause he is 19 in The Last and he doesn't have bolt and I think i heard it somewhere... Point is... He is 17 at the end of the war. 19 in The Last. 

That is 2 years. He's (assumed to be) 20 when he has his first kid, Bolt. 

That is 3 year's. As far as I'm concerned, I'm gonna say Bolt had Nagato when he was 25. That's would mean Naruto was 45. 

That's 28 years since the end of the war. 

Add another 12 years to that for Nagato's age. 

That's 40 years. So Naruto would have been around 57 year's old, but he's already passed for reasons I will disclose at a later point in the story. Bolt is missing, for reasons I will disclose later as well, but he is assumed to be dead. 

That's some basic info and the time frame is around 40 years after the end of the war before Chapter 700.
