As they approached the way out to the garden, Kyo couldn't help the slight smile that quirked up the very edge of his mouth at the thought of being outside for a while. Now that he thought of it, he wasn't outside nearly often enough; his room had some very satisfying windows that let in plenty of sunlight, and he had gotten a few opportunities to enjoy the owners of the outdoor world, but he had often been inside reading during much of his time here, hadn't he? It would be nice to see the sunlight without a window in between again. 

His inner fantasies were only confirmed once he stepped outside, pushing the door with his foot so he wouldn't have to let go of anyone's hands. It certainly was nice out today from what he could see, and the garden was quite a nice place with the various colorful plants around. He took a deep breath of the fresh air, hoping that perhaps their trip out here would maybe be peaceful.
