"I can feel the impulse!"

**Appearance:** A slender youth with bronzed-ebony skin, Regal stands at about 5'11” and has a powerfully intimidating glare in his hazel eyes. His close shaved head is dark with soft fuzz while his nose is straight and lips, full. His body is tense and defined from actively working out and having a lean diet. He usually wears a sterling silver earring in his right ear; its image that of a dragon's head. He is fond of the color red when its come to his attire and often wears slim-black jeans with leather boots, its tongue fashionable untied.

**Bio:** Brash, incompetent, and yet hopelessly optimistic; it goes without saying that Regal was a rambunctious child. While he traveled around the world more times than he could count on one hand, it was always a new adventure for him. Quite the wild child to begin with, he started a ruckus whereever he went. Not so much as shouting as he simply enjoyed life to the fullest. While visiting a different country at the age of ten, he was enthralled by the sudden outburst of militant, alien, forces. In the end he was saved by a Sentai Team, all of which were radiating with hope and strength. 

In the pursuit of becoming like them, a beacon for others to look up to, Regal went on a test to prove himself. He traveled to different countries, learning all kinds of martial training, though in the end; he made a complex art of his own. His master called it “A innate form of physical adaption”. 

With his heart's goal set in concrete stone, reinforced with steel, and refined by his burning passion; he was off to find his own destiny by confronting the evils in the world. Though his heart roared out to those with a understanding of his own actions, its also whimpered for those incapable of defending themselves. Hoping to find a better way to eliminate the overall cause; Regal begin his own crusade against this evil. 

**Other:** Although incompetent, Regal runs more or less on intuition; often complaining that his gut doesn't agree when he feels something is off. Straight forward and honest, not much will be left unsaid and while not typical smart enough to be of leader material, his optimism usually shines brighter than most. If he ever grows silent be wry. 

Regal tends to be intimidating from his appearance but he's actually very kind and jolly. He tends to say “I can feel the impulse” before fighting. When he was younger, his mother once told him to tell himself this (albeit in a calmer manner) when he felt he was going to be impulsive; in hopes that he'd reconsider. That however, never happened.
