**Weapon**: *Desert Storm* - A pair of gloves with revolving bracers which create enough motion to spin enemies on contact, much like a tornado touching the ground. However, given the amount of energy being produced by the rotation, Dakota doesn't need to strike with much force. Stored within the bracers are several vials of Dust, which can be released for creating mountainous amounts of sand upon tightly clenching his fists. Snapping deactivates the weapon, so that he doesn't accidentally create desert dunes or push someone off of Beacon.

**Specialty**: *Six Feet Above* - Fighting alone, Dakota pushes his enemies back into tight corners where he then proceeds to bury his enemies In team fights, he prefers weakening the enemy's defenses by stunning them with massive winds and sand blasts so that his teammates can finish the job.

**Semblance**: *Architecture* - Dakota is capable of manipulating raw materials to build structures with his aura, requiring time for larger more complex structures. He can easily manipulate the materials to form simple shapes and prisms for defensive capabilities.

**Personality**: With a smile that can lighten people's moods and a voice that even the angels wish they had, Dakota is one smooth young man. He will try to sweet talk his way into anything, and with his dashing looks and sweet, sultry voice, it's hard to resist. He's a very fashionable, flamboyant young man, and even though he can be manipulative without knowing it, he goes out of his way to help people with their looks, and if they're close to him, their lives.

**Appearance:** Dakota is, as stated before, an attractive young man, with a nice slim physique and tanned skin. He has a soft face, with pronounced cheekbones, small nose, and a bright smile, with very small, coffee-colored eyes. This is all framed by wavy maroon locks swept to one side. His day-to-day wardrobe is usually a tight brown leather vest with an assortment of belts, worn over a tan shirt with elbow-length sleeves and a few buttons running down from the collar, black pants with belts on the sides and a pair of very fashionable and sensible brown boots.
