Fueled with several cannisters of electrical dust, the hammer is capable of 'charging' itself by burning the dust as fuel, allowing Sven to shock those he strikes with his weapon with a simple flick of a switch. With this switch, he is also capable of increasing and decreasing the intensity of the currents that run through the hammer as to ensure what he wants dead dies and what he wants to live is simply stunned. In his ranged form, the hammer's head opens up to reveal a barrel, with two prongs on either side. In this form he is capable of launching 'bolts' of focused electricity at a range that, depending upon the setting, can either pierce, shock or explode. It has a fourth setting, one which burns the ammo packs incredibly quickly, but produces a solid beam of energy to melt through whatever stands in its ways.

Semblance: 
Unrelenting Force - Sven's semblance allows him to generate quantities of kinetic energy which he can then channel and manipulate. His most common use of this power is 'charging' his hammer so it hits far harder than it would if he just normally swung it, but he's capable of using it to speed himself up, launch himself from place to place and a variety of other lovely tactics. He's also capable of absorbing kinetic energy to deaden incoming blows if he's fast enough to block them.
