Its mainly for the tone and overall plot progression. This rp is meant to emulate the world and tone of a medieval fantasy setting and so most characters come from the Old World. The New World just hasn't been discovered yet but will feature in future iterations of this roleplay.

There is no need to personally demean each other either.
