Makes sense.  A realistic portrayal, then, sense you had us wondering.

Also, I hinted at it above, but what district are you in, since I'm dividing the city into districts now? With a ban on both prostitutes and booze, I'm assuming it's the Elven or Dragon districts, as humans probably wouldn't ban either, and traditionally dwarves are heavy drinkers (Also, my first post mentioned some Dwarves that had drinking contests).

My character is in a low rent apartment in Wyvern district, goes to school in the Central district, and works in the Dwarven district.  His parents live in the Human district, and he is headed to that district now.
